VISION & PROCESS
FIND
Identify potential existing buildings for adaptive reuse. Conduct thorough due diligence, including site analysis, zoning, regulations, historical considerations, and feasbility studies.
DREAM
Collaborate with architects and designers to conceptulaize the adpative reuse plan. Develop a design that aligns with our goals and community needs
FUND
Secure financing for the project, which may involve a combination of equity investment, loans, and other sources. Create a detailed budget that covers all costs
OBTAIN
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, historical preservation boards, and zoning agencies. Address any community concerns and modify the design as required to meet feedback.
CONSTRUCT
Oversee the construction phase, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Regularly inspect the work to ensure quality and compliance with design plans.

Beautiful historical building located in downtown Pomona. Built by Montgomery Ward Department stores in 1934 and has been left vacant since 2005. QED's subsidiary acquired this project in 2022. It is set to unveil in beginning of 2024.
Neighbor to our Antique Row building, this single story retail store was built in 1922. Currently housing an antique store that has been open since 1975. QED Finca's subsidiary acquired this building in December 2021. It is set finish by 2024.
