FIND
Identify potential existing buildings for adaptive reuse. Conduct thorough due diligence, including site analysis, zoning, regulations, historical considerations, and feasbility studies.
DREAM
Collaborate with architects and designers to conceptulaize the adpative reuse plan. Develop a design that aligns with our goals and community needs
FUND
Secure financing for the project, which may involve a combination of equity investment, loans, and other sources. Create a detailed budget that covers all costs
OBTAIN
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, historical preservation boards, and zoning agencies. Address any community concerns and modify the design as required to meet feedback.
CONSTRUCT
Oversee the construction phase, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Regularly inspect the work to ensure quality and compliance with design plans.
